The following items are not acceptable as returns for either health and safety - RIDING HATS

Or hygiene - RUGS

Any items that is a special order ie ordered in to fill an order and not part of our on stock items.

Items delivered direct from our suppliers in Germany. This is due to the cost to return to Germany can in some cases exceed the cost of the individual item.

You must advise us before returning any item to us.

In the case of items being returned for an alternative size. The cost of posting replacement goods is chargeable to the customer. 

Any associated customs charges are the customers responsibility.

If you change your mind we are prepared to exchange goods for an alternative choice providing goods are returned to us in a saleble condition, unworn and unused. The cost of  sending alternative choice goods is charged to the customer. If an alternative choice is not found a credit note will be supplied to the customer.
